Gary Begnaud - Four Decades of Leadership in Wealth Management

For more than four decades, Gary Begnaud has dedicated his career to helping families achieve long-term financial security through comprehensive planning and disciplined investment management. Today, Gary Begnaud serves as Executive Vice President and Financial Advisor in Janney Montgomery Scott's Mount Laurel office, where, alongside his daughter and business partner, he brings experience and technical know-how to the clients they serve.

From 1974 to 1977, Gary Begnaud played professional baseball in the Philadelphia Phillies organization, earning MVP honors at multiple minor-league levels. His achievements included standout seasons at Auburn, Spartanburg, and Reading, marked by strong batting averages, home runs, and RBI.

He transitioned from athletics to financial services in 1978, joining Merrill Lynch in Philadelphia as a Financial Advisor. Over the next several decades, he held numerous leadership roles across the tri-state area and later in California, working with investors on retirement planning, fixed income strategies, and wealth development.

In 2006, Mr. Begnaud retired from management to focus fully on serving his clients. He became Senior Vice President in Merrill Lynch’s Mount Laurel office and grew his business through comprehensive retirement and wealth management services.
